JC Penney response so far......

Thank you so much for your patience with me Sally as well as sending us your valuable feedback. It is never our intention to make you feel that way or even have a less than positive shopping experience with us. We can certainly help you forward this information to the appropriate department to make them aware of how you feel regarding our stores.

To our knowledge the store layout is managed by visual reps as well as another team. In addition to us forwarding this over appropriately, if you would like we can also provide you the address for you to submit your feedback to our home office if you would like?


Of course I have sent the letter to them in hard copy so watch this space!
