I carry a lot of labels, Confidence Coach, Body Image Consultant, Activist, Stylist, Boutique Owner, Personal Shopper, Transformational Speaker, Author, even an Advocate for women. But like many women I have also lived with the labels of Fat, Plus size, and Insecure.

Over the past 5 years I have made it my mission to be a voice and a helping hand to all those women who want to rewrite those labels and live a limitless life of confidence, self love and abundance.
